Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will lead individualized behavior programs, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and work closely with clients and families to promote meaningful progress. Responsibilities
✔ Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans. ✔ Supervise RBTs and behavior technicians, ensuring fidelity of intervention strategies. ✔ Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans with a focus on skill-building and independence. ✔ Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support skill generalization. ✔ Maintain ethical, data-driven practices aligned with BACB and HIPAA standards. ✔ Participate in clinic meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
✔ Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). ✔ Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas or eligible to obtain licensure. ✔ Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. ✔ Strong leadership, supervision, and collaboration skills. ✔ Comfortable using electronic data collection systems for progress monitoring. ✔ Passionate, organized, and committed to client success.
